The Role
You will lead a multi-person rope access crew on complex industrial and stadium projects across the country. This is a hands-on leadership position you are on the ropes, enforcing standards, developing your team, and responsible for safety and quality execution.

You’re a Good Fit If
• SPRAT Level 2 preferred (Level 1 with strong leadership experience considered)
• You have experience leading crews in the field.
• You hold people accountable and enforce standards.
• You make field decisions confidently and take responsibility for outcomes.
• You’re willing to travel for multi-state projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead and execute rope access painting work on active projects.
• Manage crew safety, daily reporting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with project management and clients onsite.
• Ensure deadlines and coating specifications are met.
• Travel nationwide (flights, hotels, per diem provided).
Qualifications
• SPRAT Level 2 preferred (Level 1 with strong leadership experience considered).
• Prior experience leading small field crews.
• Industrial coating or structural steel experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Professional, no-excuses work ethic.
