We’re a rope access painting company that travels the country to paint some of America’s most iconic structures — State Capitols, Roller Coasters, Towers, and Stadiums. Founded in 2007 by professional ice climber Rich Purnell, we’ve built a national reputation for taking on projects most contractors won’t touch.

In The Role, You Will Be
-
Oversee nationwide painting projects from start to finish.
-
Manage subcontractors and in-house crews.
-
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and client expectations.
-
Meet directly with clients and represent BASE Group professionally.

Solve problems in real time to keep projects on track.
-
Travel nationwide to project sites.

What You Bring
-
Leadership and project management skills.

Ability to hold people accountable — both employees and subs.

Rope access knowledge (SPRAT/IRATA preferred, but not required).
-
Experience with construction/industrial projects a plus.
-
Clean criminal history.
-
Positive, decisive, problem-solving mindset.
