In The Role, You Will Be

Lead a 2–3 person rope access painting crew on high-profile projects.
Enforce daily reporting, photo uploads, and safety compliance.
Get on the ropes yourself — this is a working lead role.
Ensure your crew hits deadlines and quality standards every time.
Travel nationwide with paid flights, hotels, and per diem.

What You Bring

Rope access experience (SPRAT or IRATA preferred).
Strong leadership skills — you know how to get guys to follow rules and finish jobs.
Ability to problem-solve on the fly.
Clean criminal history.
Positive, no-excuses attitude.
