We are a rope access painting company specializing in projects most contractors won’t touch State Capitols, Roller Coasters, Stadiums, and Towers across the U.S. Founded in 2007 by professional ice climber, we’ve grown from one rope and brush to a nationwide operation recognized for excellence and awarded by industry leaders.

For 15+ years, we’ve pushed standards and delivered where others won’t. Now we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow to the next level.

In The Role, You Will Be

  • Manage and grow relationships with our existing national client base.

  • Establish and develop new client accounts across diverse industries.

  • Identify opportunities, network, and expand our presence in untapped markets.

  • Create proposals and present them to clients with confidence.

  • Represent BASE Group at trade shows and industry events.

  • Set and achieve sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

What You Bring

  • ​3+ years in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Strong networking and communication skills.

  • Organized, self-driven, and motivated to hit goals.

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.

  • Tech skills: comfortable with Excel, Google Suite, Dropbox, and CRM tools.
