Loyola Catholic Church Window Project

Scope: Painting of wood work to windows.
Methods:
This project was a classic rope access project. The only other means to accessing these windows would have cost
more than double the projects budget.
 
 
Park Towers


Height: 21 stories
Scope:
Coated the north facing sides with a permanent protective coating, caulked cracks & installed vent covers to 20 vents.

Family of Christ Lutheran Church

5/30/07
We are painting and applying a reflective coating to a 50 foot steel cross for the church. The cross was last painted in1963

WoodWard Skate Park

Changing light bulbs at the Woodward Skate Park during business hours..
A few 400 watt bulbs had burnt out over a skate ramp. The bulbs are housed in the girders about 50 fee up in the ceiling. They were concerned about using a lift due to damaging the wooden ramp. Rope access was perfect and completed while the park was in operation.

 
 

RMCAD Water Tower



Inspection of a 130,000 gallon 150 foot water tower. We were called upon to inspect the water tower for painting and cleaning. The upper ladder was very loose and unstable making for an exciting climb and spectacular views.
